Key features of the project developed for Port de Lomé in Togo

To ensure the security of Port de Lomé in Togo, the authorities wanted a modern and reliable system that could effectively monitor all vessels operating inside and around the port’s perimeter. To them, it was vital that this system could monitor the positions of all vessels, even when out of sight of the harbor master’s office.

The essential features of this operation include an effective Radar and AIS tracking system. When combined, these features allow the operator to keep track of all vessels within the port’s vicinity ensuring smooth and continuous operations of port traffic, in spite of varied or hazardous weather and conditions.

Now that the solution is installed and helping keep the port safe, the TIMEZERO team remains available for the operators should they need any technical assistance. This comes as a bonus to the remote training that was given when the installation was completed.
